Free Pickup is a service that allows you to shop and pay for your order on the website, select your pick-up point as one of our stores and pick it at your convenience.

Free Pickup – Orders are eligible for Pick up from stores in Kuwait only.

Delivered from store – Orders placed with the Delivered from store service will be delivered the next day for a fee of KD 1. Cash on Delivery is not available for this service.

Here’s what you need to do to place a Free pickup order:

1) Find the products you want to buy by searching for them or by browsing the website.

2) If Free pickup is available for the item you want to purchase, the “Free pickup” option will be available.

3) Choose the store you would like to Free pickup on “add to bag”.

4) Click your basket from the top right of the screen and hit the 'Go To Checkout' button.

5) Enter your shipping & payment information and click the “Place Order” button.

6) Review and pay for your order.

Free pickup – Free pickup is available at no extra charge for all orders when picked up from designated stores. However, if customers opt to have their Free pickup orders delivered to their specified location, a delivery fee of 1.5 KWD will apply.

We will notify you when your order is ready for collection at the selected store.

You will receive an order confirmation email and a subsequent notification when your order is ready to pick up within 24 hours.

Orders are held in store for 7 business days.

Please bring a copy of the order confirmation email when picking up your order.

You have a 30-day window to refund or exchange from the date you receive your item.

You can return your products in two easy ways.

I. Return to Store - Bring your products in their original packaging along with your invoice to any store in Kuwait.

Hand over your return - an authorized staff member will take your package.

II. Request a return online - To refund or exchange online, WhatsApp customer care with your order number ready on +96522261860
