We deliver to all areas across Kuwait

The moment you complete your purchase, your delivery will be processed. We will send you a confirmation email to the email address you have provided, which includes the goods you have ordered and their cost.

Home Delivery Options

• Free delivery is valid on all orders above 30 KD
• Click & Collect orders are only eligible for Pick up from store and not for Home Delivery
• Same day delivery - Order before 1PM and receive same day delivery. This does not include Heavy / Big items.

When will I receive my order?

Your order will be scheduled on the same day if placed before 1 pm. For watersports and table tennis products, please expect delivery within few days. To follow up with your order please WhatsApp customer care on +96522261860 with your order number ready. We are available from 8am – 2am, seven days a week.

How do I track & check the status of my orders?

What if I want to refund or exchange my item after I receive it?

You have a 30 day window to refund or exchange from the date you receive your item. Customized items will not be refunded/ returned. To refund or exchange simply whatsApp customer care with your order number ready on +96522261860.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free of charge on all orders above 30 KD, Happy shopping!

2KD delivery charge on orders less than 30KD.

Do you have international Shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping. Please refer to the international shipping page for more details.

Do you have cash on delivery?

Yes, we accept cash on delivery. Customized items are not eligible for Cash on delivery.
