Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, gift wrapping is available for most products. However, due to size & weight, gift wrapping is not available for select bulky items, sports equipment, and certain apparel categories. Availability will be indicated at checkout.

When will I receive my order?

Your order will be scheduled on the same day if placed before 1 pm. For watersports and tennis table products, please expect delivery within few days. What if I want to refund or exchange my item after I receive it?

You have a 30 day window to refund or exchange from the date you receive your item. Customized items will not be refunded / returned. To refund or exchange simply whatsApp customer care with your order number ready on +96522261860. For payments made using the Cash on Delivery method: exchanges can only be made in any Intersport store in Kuwait For payments already captured (KNET/APPLE PAY/TABBY/DEEMA/CREDIT CARD): exchanges can be made in any Intersport store or arrange a pickup through customer servic.

How much does delivery cost?

Enjoy free Next Day Delivery and Free pickup on all orders across Kuwait. Additional delivery charges apply for select services:

Free pickup (home delivery request): KD 1.500
Express Delivery: KD 1.500
Delivered from store: KD 1.000

Do you have express delivery?

Yes, we offer express delivery for orders in Kuwait. If you order items that qualify for this service from 8AM-8PM, they will be delivered within 2-3 hours based on the location for a fee of 1.5 KD.

Do you have international Shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping. Please refer to the international shipping page for more details.

How can I get the 10% discount?

Sign up and shop! At checkout, the 10% discount will avail on all full price items (excluding the following brands: Hobie, Sports Stuff, Airhead, Aqua Leisure, Baltic, Connelly, Fidlock, Ho Sports, Ocean Kayak, Solidfoam, Tusa, Loop, JBL, Therabody, Jobe, Oakley, Asics- footwear).

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major Credit Cards, Knet, Apple Pay, Deema & Tabby.

Do you have cash on delivery?

Yes, we accept cash on delivery for orders delivered in Kuwait. Please note that cash on delivery is not available for customized items & Express Delivery orders.

Are your products authentic?

All products sold on our website are 100% authentic. We receive all our products from official suppliers.

Customers must send the order back to Kuwait on their own expenses including custom duty charges.
